Every order is carefully prepared and shipped through trusted shipping partners to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 6:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once processed, orders are shipped using our Free Shipping service and typically arrive within:
Transit Time: 3 to 7 Business Days
Total Delivery Time: 4 to 9 Business Days (Processing + Transit)

Shipping Location
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Shipping Charges
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all eligible orders within the United States. No additional standard shipping charges are applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your shipment experiences a significant delay or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your furniture arrives damaged during transit, please:
• Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
• Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery
• Email the photos along with your order number to info@ruizfurniture.com
Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after the 7-day reporting period may not qualify for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Ruiz Furniture Inc is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may only be possible before the order has been processed and shipped.
