Refund Policy
At Ruiz Furniture Inc, we are committed to providing quality furniture and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return process is designed to be simple and transparent.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and components
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
If a return is requested due to an incorrect order placed by the customer or a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return Method
All returns must be completed by mail. At this time, we do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.
Return Label
Eligible returns may receive a prepaid return shipping label. If the return is the result of a customer ordering error or preference change, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
To return an item:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Attach the return shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a claim:
• Take clear photographs of the damaged or defective item
• Include your order number and purchase details
• Email the information to: info@ruizfurniture.com
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without sufficient documentation may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
