Because orders are often processed quickly for shipping, cancellation requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be approved.
Refund Processing for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before the order has been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It and Get a Full Refund?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
However, once an order has been shipped, prepared for shipment, or assigned to a carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
If cancellation is no longer possible, eligible items may still qualify for return under our Return Policy after delivery.

Special Orders & Limited Availability Products
Certain furniture items may be special-order products, customized selections, or items sourced specifically for a customer.
If a special-order or customized item has already entered the ordering, manufacturing, or preparation process, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and any deposits or payments made may become non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address during checkout, please contact us immediately.
Address correction requests are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• If the order has already shipped, address modifications may no longer be possible depending on the shipping carrier and shipment status.
